Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All Sales Are Final for Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order items are final sale unless there is a production error or defect. This includes:

• Custom apparel
• Unit shirts
• Personalized items
• Bulk orders
• Special-order products
• Items with names, logos, dates, ranks, numbers, or custom artwork
• Sale or clearance items

Eligible Issues

We will review requests involving:

• The wrong item being sent
• The wrong size being sent compared with the submitted order
• An incorrect design compared with the approved design
• An item that arrives damaged
• A manufacturing or production defect

Non-Eligible Issues

Returns, refunds, or exchanges generally are not available when:

• The customer ordered the wrong size
• The customer provided the wrong address
• The customer changed their mind
• The customer no longer needs the item
• Colors vary slightly due to screens, dye lots, or lighting
• Minor placement variations occur with handmade or small-batch production
• A shipping carrier causes a delay
• An approved custom design is produced as approved

Reporting an Issue

Contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include your name, order number, a description of the issue, clear photos of the item, and packaging photos if the item was damaged during shipment. Issues reported after 3 business days may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are not guaranteed for custom or made-to-order items. Please review available size charts or contact us with sizing questions before placing your order.

Approved Returns

If a return is approved, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received. The customer may be responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by Moreno Market Apparel. Do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution. Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error by Moreno Market Apparel.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, an order cannot be canceled.
